Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the current COVID crisis, our supply chain is a little longer than usual.  Currently, we aim to pack and despatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends).

 

We currently use second class shipping for free and standard shipping services so we are at the mercy of Royal Mail who usually offer 2-3 day delivery times but are sometimes taking longer in this current situation, which is outside our control.

 

We also offer 1st class shipping with Royal Mail for a speedier service.​

If you need an urgent shipment, or would prefer to use a different courier service, please don't hesitate to contact us though and we are happy to discuss and help if we can.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, please be assured we are here to help and will resolve any issues as quickly as we can.

  1. Firstly, let us know if you have a problem:
    Email us within 14 days at info @immune-health.co.uk

  2. Post it back to us:
    We will give you our return address so you can send it back to us.  Please enclose your name, order number and details and send back in the original packing.

  3. Get your refund or exchange:
    We’ll process your return or exchange as soon as we can and send you an email when it’s all sorted.

 

Also, if you’re in the UK, you are allowed to change your mind about any online order within 7 days of receiving it.  This, however, only applies to products that are still sealed.  Just follow the process above within 7 days of receiving the product and as long as all seals are intact we will issue a refund.  Please do note that as these are food products we cannot refund opened pouches or pots.
